How do I know which Habit Builder option is the right fit for me?
Choosing the right option depends on your specific needs. If you’re feeling stuck in that stop-start cycle AND you’re struggling with your energy levels, then the Fueled option could be your best bet. With this option, you’ll have the support of not one, but two experts to guide you with habit-building strategies and personalized nutrition advice. We’ll help you break through that initial inertia and build a solid foundation that makes your new habits feel achievable and sustainable.
How much time will I need to commit to the program?
The first week, you’ll need between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the option you choose. This is when we’ll get you set up on the portal and lay the foundation for your new habit. After that, your weekly commitment drops to between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. This includes the weekly check-in calls, reflection time, action steps, and any videos or additional resources we provide. We’ve designed the program to fit into your busy life without adding unnecessary stress.
Will I get personalized nutrition advice?
If you choose the Fueled option, absolutely! Christine will work with you to review your current diet and provide personalized recommendations tailored to your specific needs. Together, you’ll create nutrition plan that supports your energy levels and help you stay on track with your new habits.
What happens if I fall off track during the program?
Life happens! If you struggle or fall off track with your habit or diet changes, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! At the start of the program, we set up the regular check-in slots and metrics to provide structure and accountability. If things get tough, we’ll use our check-in slots to reassess, troubleshoot, and help you get you back on track. Plus, you’ll have ongoing support between calls via the portal, so you’ll always have someone in your corner. The program is designed to be flexible, so we’ll work with your capacity and constraints to help you succeed, no matter what challenges come up.
How will I track my progress?
When you sign up, you’ll get access to Leap’s coaching portal, where we’ll set up personalized metrics to track your actions and progress. This will give you a clear record of how you’re doing along the way. We’ll also capture your before and after Balance Assessments and Energy Audits, so you can see exactly how much has shifted in just 4 weeks. You’ll have tangible results to reflect on and celebrate as you move through the program!
