I’m a professional development coach who is on a mission to empower women in their businesses and careers, but with pursuing those ambitions comes stress and I know firsthand the struggle it can be to take time for yourself.
So I created this retreat specifically for women who struggle with switching off and not being ‘productive’ so they can learn practical tools to relieve stress AND get pampered!
